HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

• Please use the return portal below. You need to log in with the email you provided when creating the order as well as the order number. If you don't remember them, you can find them on the receipt you received with the products.
  
  WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
  

You can return or exchange products from your order within 14 days after receiving them.

• Products must be in the same condition as received (folded and packaged).
• Products must not be worn, washed, or soiled.
• Products made to individual design or customer request CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
  

IS THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGING FOR RETURNS?

• The amount for the initial delivery is not refunded.
• The courier fee for returns is the customer's responsibility.

WHERE I HAVE TO RETURN THE GOODS?

• Please note that the products must be returned to our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria. After we approve your return request you will receive our full address.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS FOR REFUNDING AMOUNTS AND EXCHANGING PRODUCTS?

• Amounts are refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned products and ensure their integrity and commercial appearance.
• Product exchanges are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt and after we ensure their integrity and commercial appearance.
