Delivery time
We ship all orders from Bulgaria and we deliver to entire European Union. The delivery time depends on customer's location and can vary between 3 to 8 working days calculated from the ship date not order date.

We ship all orders from our facility in Bulgaria, a member of the European Union. This means that all deliveries to EU countries are duty-free, with no additional customs charges or import taxes. You will pay only the price shown at checkout—nothing more.

Order tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the shipment.
